Rachel Wallace is the Director of Host Home and Quality Management. Rachel started in career in the I/DD field in 2005 as a DSP. As a military spouse, Rachel has had the opportunity to explore the field in Maryland, Colorado and Indiana.  Rachel worked for Cheyenne Village on the Hancock team from 2011-2014. She moved back to Colorado in 2019, she knew that returning to Cheyenne Village would be the right fit based upon the dedication Cheyenne Village has for the I/DD population. Rachel returned to Cheyenne Village with experience as a Behavior Principles and Strategies Instructor as well as a MANDT Instructor. She will continue to support this population for many years to come.

In her free time, Rachel spends time being active with her children: Madison, Gavin and Trenton.
