Cheyenne Village is a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Approved Training Entity and offers courses monthly for Director Support Staff and Host Home Providers caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Please note: Course materials need to be downloaded and the review sections completed before attending class. Please bring your course materials with you to class.

Dates/Times:
QMAP courses are offered over the course of two days.
Day 1 is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for content review (Lunch on own)
Day 2 is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for testing – written and practical

***Limited parking on-site, please park along Hollow Brook Dr.***

Courses are offered on the following dates:

  • August 15 & 16, 2024 – FULL

  • October 3 & 4, 2024

Day 1 is from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. for content review / Day 2 is from 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. for testing – written and practical
