Cheyenne Village is a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Approved Training Entity and offers courses monthly for Director Support Staff and Host Home Providers caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Please note: Course materials need to be downloaded and the review sections completed before attending class. Please bring your course materials with you to class.

Dates/Times:
QMAP courses are offered once a month over the course of two days.
Day 1 is from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for content review (8:30am – 4pm in 2022)
Day 2 is from 8:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. for testing – written and practical (8:30am – 1pm in 2022)
