Karen Scannell is the Director of Community Services at Cheyenne Village overseeing the Supported Living Services, Supported Community Connections, Group Respite, and Family Caregiver programs. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Davis and Elkins Collage in Elkins, West Virginia and has been working in the I/DD field for over 22 years.  Karen moved to Colorado Springs in 2009 when she started working with Cheyenne Village. She enjoys making our individuals smile and seeing them happy.

When Karen is not working, you will find her hiking, camping, or traveling with her Labrador Retriever.
