Mark Kollasch is an attorney with Equinox Estate Planning. His practice focuses on estate planning for individuals and families, as well as business planning and probate matters. Mark graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2019.
Prior to working in estate planning, Mark practiced at a disability rights-focused nonprofit organization, where he represented and advised clients dealing with disability discrimination in the workplace, in housing, and in places of public accommodation. During this time, he served on the Colorado State Rehabilitation Council to help develop policies and procedures focused on increasing access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. His experience and passion for this type of advocacy led him to join the board of Cheyenne Village in 2025.
Mark is a lifelong Colorado resident, and he and his wife enjoy finding new local coffee shops, restaurants, and enjoying the area with their dog.
