Karrie has been a nurse for 25 years. She received her Vocational Nursing license first, then continued on to obtain her RN. She completed her Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree in 2013, Summa Cum Laude and her Masters of Nursing with a focus as Nursing Educator in 2016.
Her nursing experience is diverse; she has worked in long term care, home health, hospice, and on various hospital floors. She has also taught at Pikes Peak Community College in the C.N.A. Program for high school students as well as college students. She started at Cheyenne Village in 2017 and enjoys working with our clients.
In July 2021 she was appointed by Governor Polis to the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
She is married and has 4 cats.
