Jeannie Porter is the Director of Development at Cheyenne Village. She oversees the major and planned gifts programs, events, marketing and the volunteer program. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. She has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience in a variety of capacities. Prior to joining Cheyenne Village in 2006, she worked at JA Worldwide in marketing, fundraising, and operational oversight. She said that what she enjoys most about working at Cheyenne Village is seeing the day-to-day dedication of the staff. She also feels lucky to be working with a strong leadership team and a great board of directors. Her hobbies include hiking, reading and swimming.
