Cheyenne Village is a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Approved Training Entity and offers courses monthly for Director Support Staff and Host Home Providers caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Please note: Course materials need to be downloaded and the review sections completed before attending class. Please bring your course materials with you to class.

QMAP courses are offered over the course of two days.
Day 1 is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for content review (Lunch on own)
Day 2 is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for testing – written and practical

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your class after you have registered, please contact Kerry kmullane@cheyennevillage.org
Please be reminded that cancellations, if necessary, will be accepted up to one week prior to the class date with a full refund. No partial or full refunds will be granted later than one week prior to class. (Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Executive Director). If Cheyenne Village cancels a training course, full refunds will be given or an alternate date will be scheduled with priority given to previously enrolled persons.
