Tim was born and raised in Kansas. He received his B.A. from Wichita State University in 1989, and his M.A. from the University of Durham, England in 1991.

He began working in the I/DD field in 1991 as a job coach for the largest I/DD provider in Kansas. He’s also worked as a case manager, program director, and was the CEO at Tri-Valley Developmental Services in southeast Kansas for twelve years prior to his arrival at Cheyenne Village in 2020.

In his spare time, he loves to go camping, hiking and is a volunteer with Custer County Search and Rescue.
