Supervised homes

Five group homes are staffed 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. Each home provides a private bedroom and common living areas for 4 to 7 individuals. Staff provides support to ensure that the health and safety needs of each individual are met.

Apartment living support
Services and Supports

Individuals living singly or with a roommate in apartment housing are supported in housekeeping, nutrition, financial management, scheduling, arranging transportation, health care and benefits coordination, and personal safety. Support plans are created based on individual needs. On Call Staff are available 24-hours per day, 365-days per year.

Supported living services

Contracted services are provided on an hourly fee for service basis. Individuals have family or other means of primary support. Hourly support can include home maintenance, community participation, and mentorship.

Host families

Individuals can be placed with a host family who provides 24-hour support. Individuals have a private bedroom within the home and are included in family activities. Cheyenne Village staff will monitor the home and provide health care and benefits coordination.

Supported employment
Cheyenne Village staff will work with individuals to identify interests, skills, and needs to create a career plan. Individuals are placed in jobs with businesses throughout the community. Staff will work with the individual and the employer in order to provide meaningful employment opportunities.
Community participation
Cheyenne Village staff will provide support in the selection of leisure activities, hobbies, educational opportunities, community classes, volunteer opportunities and employment opportunities. The goal of this program is on finding opportunities for individuals to develop relationships with members of the community.
Fee for service
All Cheyenne Village services and supports may be purchased privately.

An outreach program designed for seniors in the community who are the primary caregivers of adults with developmental disabilities. The program coordinator will assist the family caregiver in developing a family service plan, assess benefits and complete a medical assessment.
